Stress is no stranger to us however it's known as a silent killer and many of us allow it to take us over. I personally think that you are too important to allow stress related issues to take you and your well-being down.

I guess one of the first steps to get the stress levels in your life in order would be to find out what you tend to stress over. Just a few things to think about.

A few signs that stress may exist in your life

  • undone, unmanned, unnerved, unstrung. Disheveled

  • edgy, nervous, tense, uneasy, Unable to give your family the time, focus and love it deserves.

  • agitated, disturbed, perturbed, troubled, upset, Not yourself and you know it.

  • aggravated, angry, annoyed, exasperated, irritated, unable to concentrate on your job at your full potential.

  • burned-out (or burnt-out), exhausted, knackered [British], tired, worn-out, Too tired to think straight.

A few Tips to Ease the Stress

  • Go For A Brisk Walk. ...Breathe Deeply. ...Visualize. ...Eat A Snack (Mindfully!) ...Buy Yourself A Plant. ...Step Away From The Screen. ...Get lost in the music ... Pick up a book and travel....GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY...Hug Someone Special .....or Try Yoga It's Heart Healthy Month everyone get your 10,000 steps in each day and walk towards healthier living.
